it looked somewhat like a foxbody mustang. I'm pretty sure it had a blue oval. I think it said Merkur on the back and pretty sure the xr4ti. It sounded turbo with a blowout valve and really really pissed off awesome. The guy say me looking and held first as he left the parking lot.

The European Escort was... the Escort. Introduced in 1968. The contemporary Escort of the Sierra (XR4TI) were the third, fourth and fifth gen Escort.
